The County Line RV Park

Rules & Regulations

The County Line RV Park is set up to be enjoyed by people of all ages. That being said, here's the skinny...

General Rules

Parents are responsible for their children's actions at ALL times. Children 14 years and younger are to be accompanied by an adult to all areas of The Park.

Smoking is NOT permitted in the office, general store, laundromat, or anywhere second-hand smoke may be offensive.

Firearms, Weapons, and Fireworks: Only legally licensed firearms are permitted in The Park. Firearms may not be recklessly discharged. No fireworks are allowed.

Quiet Hours: Being that The Park is a place where all people are welcome, including small children, Quiet Hours will be enforced each night from 11:00 pm to 6:00 am. Please keep voices and noises to a minimum and turn off any amplified sound. There should be no sound that is able to be heard beyond your site boundary. Any loud and excessive noise will not be tolerated and will be handled in the appropriate manner. If The Park has an event scheduled that is to last beyond 11:00 pm, guests will be asked to be at their campsite no later than 15 minutes after the end of the scheduled event. All children 14 years and younger are to be at their campsite during Quiet Hours - 11:00 pm - 6:00 am.

Parking: Each RV space has 2 vehicle parking spaces allocated per RV space. All parking at the campsite is limited to the guest site's parking pad. There is no parking allowed in the grass or at an empty site.

Campfires: While we understand campfires are a large part of the camping experience, they are only allowed in the guest site fire pits, or at the community fire pit. All fires must be properly extinguished and must be a reasonable size so no person or property is in danger. Only wood or charcoal is permitted to be burned. Both can be purchased at The County Line General Store.

Driving in The Park: Keep in mind that there may be small children, pets, and adults around The Park. Slow, safe driving is our priority! The speed limit is 10 mph at ALL times. Pedestrians and bicycles have the right-of-way at all times. Dirt bikes and ATV riding is strictly prohibited at The Park.

Dumping Tanks: Emptying grey or black water on the grounds is in violation of Texas Law and will not be tolerated. All grey and black water must be put into the septic system on each campsite. Please leave your tanks open to septic at all times throughout your stay.

Laundry: For your convenience, the laundry facility is centrally located in The Park. Clotheslines are not permitted anywhere in The Park.

Alcohol: Alcoholic beverages are allowed in moderation at your site. Beer and wine are permitted off your site, but must be in an approved container (plastic, stainless, Styrofoam, or aluminum only - NO GLASS CONTAINERS are allowed off your campsite). We have stainless cups for sale at The County Line General Store! Texas State Law regarding alcohol consumption are to be followed by guests at all times. Any unruly behavior will not be tolerated.

Pets: Pets are allowed, but are limited to dogs and cats only. Service dogs are always allowed and welcome in any area of The Park. There should be no more than 2 pets per site, unless approved by management. Any and all pets that act aggressive in nature will be asked to leave immediately with NO REFUND. As a responsible pet owner, we require you to pick up any waste from your pet in The Park (there are pet waste stations throughout The Park) and to always keep your pet leashed and under control. If your pet is leashed, the leash should not extend past your campsite boundary.

Refunds: Refunds will be based on the cancellation policy. If there is a cancellation, a 48 hour notice must be given for a refund to be granted.

While we strive to be a family friendly Park, we cater to adults as well. We want everyone to feel welcome and comfortable while at The Park. Please inform any guests of these rules. By following these simple regulations, all guests will feel respected. If anyone doesn't abide by these rules, regulations, or our policies posted in The Park, they may be asked to leave with NO REFUND. Management reserves the right to evict, at our discretion and without refund, any person whose conduct is questionable or violates The Park's rules, regulations, or any staff directives. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH RULES WILL RESULT IN THE TERMINATION OF THE SITE SERVICES AGREEMENT AND WILL REQUIRE YOU TO VACATE THE RESORT PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.

Please be courteous to all of our guests and enjoy your stay!
