GOLF & LAKE
Whether you love to golf or want to take a cruise around the lake, you are only about 15 minutes (or less) from either!
Located in Marble Falls is the Meadowlakes golf course that includes a full 18 holes and is a lot of fun to play for any experience level. Not far from the golf course, you will find the city park, pool, and public boat ramp. It's an easy place to put your boat in the water for a day full of fun. Lake Marble Falls is one of the smaller lakes that is flanked by bluffs. If you make it out early in the morning, you will see some of the most spectacular sunrise fishing and water as smooth as glass for skiing.
Just down the road is Horseshoe Bay or Kingsland. While Horseshoe Bay is a private club, Kingsland offers so much to the public. Both communities are on the gorgeous Lake LBJ. Kingsland has boat rentals by the hour, as well as the Legends Golf Course that overlooks Lake LBJ on some holes.
Any direction you go, you will be sure to find a golf course or lake within a few miles!

FOOD & DRINK
The food and drink is second to none in the towns surrounding The County Line RV Park. Marble Falls is the closest and provides an array of food options from your chain restaurants to several mom & pop type places. Some of the best breakfast tacos are right here! Don't miss the cute shops on Main Street too! Cottonwood Shores is located between Marble Falls and Horseshoe Bay, and has some of the best places in the area to eat! In the other direction, there is Johnson City. This little town is a gem, and has some incredible places to eat that range from casual to fine dining. Just beyond Johnson City is the Texas famous Albert dancehall that is a fun experience every time we go! Just past Albert is the bustling town of Fredericksburg, that everyone knows and loves. Their peaches in early summer are hard to beat, and the dozens of wineries make for a really fun tasting experience! Being that Fredericksburg was founded by Germans, don't miss out on a true schnitzel meal!
All-in-all, there are so many micro-breweries, wineries, and amazing eats within a short drive, that you can't see them all in one visit!

THE BIG CITIES
Austin, well, Keeps Austin Weird! Such a fun place with absolutely endless things to do and places to see! There are some amazing museums to see as well as a ton of festivals all year long! Don't forget to check out the State Capital when you visit!
San Antonio & Boerne have some wonderful shopping at The Rim & La Cantera. If you want phenomenal food, this is the place to get it! There is also so much rich history at The Alamo and the Riverwalk is a must see while you are in town!

Floating the Guadalupe River is a top destination for people all over the country, and we are located just about an hour away. Be sure to scoot a boot at Gruene Hall and eat at the fabulous Gristmill!
